Welcome to September, Pathfinders.

First, thank you very much to Bill Woods, Kimberly McDonald and Hjal Nelson for stepping up and taking the last three seats. It's due to all of you that this announcement is going out (sort of) on time. You get to feel good about that, and I'll make sure to buy you a drink when you run your games.

Season 5 is ending and Season 6 has launched. Exciting times are upon the Pathfinder Society this month. Below is posted the complete schedule for Pathfinder Society games at Enchanted Grounds in Highlands Ranch during the month of September 2014. For directions to the store, see the 'stickied' post in the Enchanted Grounds section of RockyMountainPFS.com.

A few notes on the schedule:

• This month's Learn to Play scenario is #5-01, The Glass River Rescue. Please feel free to join this game if you have not played the adventure; we like having veterans seated with our new recruits to show them the ropes.
• The third part of Quest for Perfection happens this month. If you played Part 2 last month you are automatically enrolled. Please just confirm back to me that you wish to keep your seat.

Remember, we are limited to six players at each table, and all seats are first come, first served, so sign up now if you want a spot reserved. Throughout the month I will announce each date separately and provide updates as names change. If your name is on the list, your spot is guaranteed. If you want to be on the "waiting list" I will maintain that separately once the tables are full and will let you know if people drop and let you in.

On the Learn to Play night, is Ian the GM that uses the computer screen battlemats?

Yep. With the guillotine support system/GM screen.

Ah! I want to try out that computer battlemat sometime. May not have time this month, though.

What is "guillotine support system"?

It's the wooden trellis that holds up his projector. You'll understand the next time you see it.
