In case no one noticed, the Sanguine Bloodline in Ultimate magic is now legal for play.
Huzzah! for now being able to legally drink the blood of your enemies...and getting healed and nourished for doing so. Just remember to carry a skull with you from which to drink from.
Loved your idea of a skull-bearing blood-drinker, but according to this http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/about/additionalResources the sanguine bloodline is a no-no.
