According to what I remember from the slot 0 on sunday - this is the tier assignment.

Bruce - Tier 1-5
Christian - Tier 1-5
Paul - Tiers 3-4, 5-6
Russ - Tiers 3-4, 5-6
Julie - Tiers 7-8, 10-11
Phil - Tiers 7-8, 10-11

If anyone else is scheduled to run the special (like Hjal) I don't recall what tiers were mentioned.

Actually, Jacque asked me to run Bonekeep Level 3 on Saturday instead, I just don't think it's reflected on the updated schedule...  I could be wrong though...

I'll run whatever you guys need as long as I have a little notice to print stuff out.

Sorry I dont have that information - I don't think it was discussed at the table. The quickest solution might be to contact Jacque directly.

Ok, cool. I'm doing a tier 1-5. Does that mean anyone of levels 1-5 can be at my table or will it be either tier 1-2 or 4-5?

Oops! That was a typo on my part.  ???

Should be tier  1-2.

Cool. That makes it waaaay easier to prep knowing I'm just tier 1-2. Thanks!

Well if I show up and find out I don't have a table to run, maybe I can be the roving Aid Token Hander Out Guy.

And represent the roving Pathfinder Rez Team.  I'll handle annotating your tables' raise deads, remove disease, and restorations on the chronicles between encounters so you don't have to!  Would I still get GM credit for that? :D

If not, I guess I'll just try to play if I don't have a table to run.  I promise to keep my trap shut about the plot!

I'm still reading/prepping the Stonelords special scenario and have a lot of questions. Is anyone willing to let me PM them (starting tomorrow) to help me with problems I'm having?

Much appreciated!

Hjal,
I didn't mean to imply there was no table for you to run, just that I don't know if Jacque had a specific tier in mind for you to run. I think she does but I don't know which one.  Julie and Phil are both prepping the higher tiers and I think they are running the special both nights, so maybe concentrate on the low and mid tiers?

Since I am now out of prep time, i'm just going to do Tier 5-6.

I'll just post my question here.
I don't understand at what point we run the common encounters. Is this after each Act?

Looks to me like whenever you want in whichever act they apply to.  Common encounters can be in any district.

That is correct. You can run common encounters in any district - as long as that district has not been claimed yet.

Like Seige of the Diamond City this scenario is very free form and the encounters can vary by both where the party goes and simple GM choice.

Another question... After choosing the Armorer or Temple district, how do I know where to lead the PCs from there? Was there a map of entire Jormundun in the scenario? I don't have one in my copy.

There was not an over all map included. Jacque was trying to get one from Paizo.

What she determined in the slot 0 is below. (if we get the actual map this might be subject to change?)

Grand Cathedral connects to Armory and Temple.
Temple connects to Seer's.
Armory connects to Miner's.
Both Seer's and Miner's connect to the Monument District.

Announcements will be made as districts are claimed and which new district opens up as a result.

Also PCs can travel to any discovered district which will be announced. It takes 15 mins to travel between districts (to determine if spell effects expire and such).
