Table 1: Starfinder 2nd Edition!! Playtest Scenario #1: Shards of the Glass Planet
For millennia, Birnam’s Bubble has been a planet untouched by outsiders, fully encapsulated in an impenetrable shield of unknown energy and protected by powerful automated defenses. Through this barrier, explorers and surveyors have glimpsed pristine settlements, verdant flora, and inexplicable magical emanations—yet no fauna or citizens populate the world’s surface.

As in many other parts of the galaxy, the Drift Crisis changed everything. Now, the energy barrier surrounding Birnam’s Bubble cracks like shattering glass, and shards of this solidified energy have begun to fall through the atmosphere to the planet’s surface, causing significant destruction. Enter the breach and uncover the secrets of the lost civilizations of Birnam’s Bubble before they're lost forever!

Table 1: Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-07: Sewer Dragon Crisis
Drandle Dreng's unmasking as the member of the Decemvirate known as Sapphire has left the Sewer Dragons in a sort of limbo, with one of their strongest political allies largely stripped of influence. Chief Yiddlepode still believes that these agreements with outsiders is the best way to keep the Sewer Dragons strong, but, while that was an easy case to make before their territory was devastated, doubts have arisen among other members of the tribe in the ensuing years. Trapmaster Tok especially has begun to blame the Pathfinder for their misfortune. He has issued a challenge to Yiddlepode for the leadership of the Sewer Dragons, and she has turned again to the Pathfinders. The conflict brewing beneath the streets of Absalom threatens to destabilize the whole city. The PCs need to prove to the beleaguered kobold allies that the best way foward is together.

Well, no on has signed up by now for the game tonight. I am cancelling it.
No one has signed up to run a game next Monday so, looks like no further games this month.
See ya.

Copy, Ted. But I'm curious: how did the Starfinder Playtest session go? I'd love to hear what folks thought about it.

It went well. Similar to playing Pathfinder [3 actions]. Different names for types of damage. No spaceship interaction. As I understand it, this is the first of four introduction scenarios.
I didn't care for Starfinder before. The changes were nice but not enough to bring me over. Then again I reserve the right to change my mind. ;)
