A new era is beginning for the Pathfinder Society, with new recruits and new factions all excited to build connections and embark on grand adventures. The PCs are among these recruits invited to attend a welcoming party where they can meet both the old guard as well as the up-and-coming leaders. But the party's not all talk; the PCs learn of four exciting escapades in Absalom, through which they can kick off their adventuring careers!

Table 1: Pathfinder Society Scenario #5-04: Equal Exchanges – Necessary Introductions
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st- through 4th-level characters.
Since the defeat of Aslynn, the Waterfall has become more of a staple around the Grand Lodge, starting to hold strange, isolated meetings with leadership and seemingly putting together some plan. Her most recent request is that a team of Pathfinder agents journey to Hwanggot and meet with the underworld dragon, Valashinaz as an introductory team. Venture-Captain Yi Da Som arranged the meeting through Valashinaz's kobold assistant, Purepurin. Unfortunately, between then and the PCs arriving, Purepurin forgot about them in the midst of pickling recipes from goblins and creepy crawlies invading the vaults! It's up to the PCs to help Purepurin bring Valashinaz's vaults under control while she summons the dragon to ensure these introductions go off without a hitch!
This adventure is the first part of the four-part Equal Exchanges metaplot arc in the Year of Unfettered Exploration. This arc will be continued in PFS2 #5-09: Equal Exchanges – Skymetal Hoard, PFS2 #5-11: Equal Exchanges – The Hidden Current, and PFS2 #5-18: Equal Exchanges – Tapestry of the Mind.

Hello, could you sign me up for the 27th? 1st PFS in a while, is this 2E with remastered rules? I haven't dug into those changes yet.

Hi There! Pathfinder 2e Society did transition to remastered rules with the majority of the classes from Core Rulebook to Player Cores (the second one just released today!). You are allowed to transition characters from Legacy to Remastered using the following Lorespire Rules: https://lorespire.paizo.com/tiki-index. ... e-Remaster

If you want to dig into particular class changes, Archives of Nethys has the first player core classes; though I am not sure when Player Core 2 will be uploaded.

Can you please Add MattK to the upcoming session on the 27th? I convinced him to come with me but he has not played Pathfinder Society (Or Pathfinder 2e), but I had him watch some video's.
