Welcome to Season 3 of Pathfinder Society 2E. The Magus and the Summoner are not released for play; with the Gunslinger and Iventor on the horizon – get your Secrets of Magic.

I do have a lot of requests for people to be able to GM a PF2E game. Please limit your signups to one game, but do sign yourself up to play games prior to the weekly sign-ups going out if you GM I do need PFS1 GM’s for a few scenarios.

Just as a reminder:
  • Games start at 6pm and end at 10pm. Let's be respectful of our hosts and try to end on time!
  • We follow the D11 weather closure schedule; if D11 is closed on Wednesday, PFS/SFS is canceled for the night. Please be safe and plan accordingly.
  • Please make sure that your real name (or at least whatever you'd like me to call you on the schedule) is listed in your post. If your account is ChunkyLover53 and you don't list your real name, you will be christened...
  • Sign up as soon as possible, you can always cancel if you need to
  • Please do not hot-swap tables!
  • Any sign ups on the day of the game (Wednesday) may not get a slot at the table, but do show up. We will always try to fit you in to a game!
  • GMs: if you need to cancel, let me know ASAP so I can find a replacement!

This month will be different. Paizo only released one scenario for August, so I am going to try to fill in with a few things different. I was going to start with the Pathfinder Trials - a chance to make a new character for Season 3. Then a return to the one-shots, an opportunity to try a different ancestry and class combo. Week 3 will be more of an open session, we’ve had a mixed group the last few months and while I know there are a lot of people that can play a 3-6 there are still some that need 1-4, unfortunately this may be a repeat for a lot of people, so I’llset four 1-4 quests. The final week will be a couple of sessions of the first Season 3 game.

PF2E 02-18 The East Hill Haunting Tier 1-4 - GM Jenn

After the volcano Droskar's Crag erupted over 700 years ago, destroying many nearby cities in a cataclysm that would come to be known as the Rending, the dwarven empire of Tar Khadurrn fractured and eventually collapsed. Recently, a group of prospectors discovered a mountainside entrance to what they believe to be a sprawling dwarven complex, but they retreated from the dangers they found within. They have reported their discovery to the Pathfinder Society's lodge in Ulfden, and the Society is preparing to dispatch a group of agents to enter the mountain and learn what they can about the ruins within.

PF2E 03-06 Struck by Shadows Tier 3-6 - GM Richard

Time after time, enemies of the Society have attacked the Grand Lodge in Absalom. Following the sudden surge in disasters befalling the Society's lodges across the Inner Sea, the Society's leadership sought the expertise of one of its strongest new allies—the hobgoblin nation of Oprak—in bolstering the Grand Lodge's defenses. These new defenses prove their worth when they signal a sudden infiltration by shadowy foes. With the Society's forces stretched thin, will the few agents stationed at the Grand Lodge be enough to repel this sudden attack? If they succeed, what might the agents learn

Pathfinder One-Shot #3 Head Shot the Rot

Taking a much-needed relaxing break in between escapades, four gun-toting adventurers post up in a dingy bar in one of Alkenstar's entertainment districts. Right across the street at a theater, people flood inside to catch the premiere of a highly-advertised play, but what comes out of the theater is far more dangerous. As people scatter to safety in the dusty streets, its up to the group of gunslingers in the bar to set things right.
This short Pathfinder 2nd edition adventure written by Michael Sayre is intended to be completed in a single session and includes four 3rd-level pregenerated gunslinger characters, who make use of the exciting new equpment and rules found in Pathfinder Guns & Gears, whose backstories and motivations tie closely to one another. This adventure can be easily incorporated into various virtual tabletops, run off of digital devices, or printed out and played at a table.

PF2E 2-11: The Pathfinder Trials Tier 1 - GM OJ

Every year, the Pathfinder Society inducts new classes of recruits into their ranks. The three deans of the Society's schools, the Spells, Scrolls, and Swords, are responsible for ensuring that the new recruits have the basic skills and experience necessary to thrive in the field. PCs participating in this adventure will get to meet all three of the Society's deans and undergo their unique challenges, proving their worth and fitness to join the Pathfinder Society!

PF2E 3-07: The Locked Lodge Tier 3-6 - GM Erik

The Pathfinder Society recently dispatched a group of experienced agents to search for a missing venture-captain with a secret operation in the infernal-bound nation of Cheliax, where Pathfinder Society activity is forbidden. In their search, the agents learned that a nefarious group of Hellknights had taken the the venture-captain prisoner and hidden him in a secure sight that the Society had assumed was abandoned. Now, more of the Society's agents must infiltrate the site, find the venture-captain, and learn why these Hellknights are moving against the Society. The future of Pathfinder Society activities in Cheliax is at stake!
The Locked Lodge is part of the ongoing story of the Year of Shattered Sanctuaries. It is the second scenario in a two-part arc detailing the events befalling a Pathfinder Society lodge in the nation of Cheliax. Other arcs explore other locations across the Inner Sea. While the arcs can be played in any order, it is recommended that players experience the scenarios within each individual arc in order.

PF2E Q06 Archaeology in Aspenthar Tier 1-4 GM: Richard

The Ruby Prince has banned much of the archaeology that once took place in the nation of Osirion. Rather than quelling the demand for access to the mysteries of ancient Osirion, this created a new market among Osirion's neighbors. Prince Zinlo, ruler of the city-state of Aspenthar, has offered several potentially interesting contracts to explore and document ancient sites within his holdings. As the PCs are sent to secure one of these sites, will they uncover new secrets long lost to modern recollection, or will they find that the Prince Zinlo's offer truly is too good to be true?

PF2E Q08 Shadows of the Black Sovereign Tier 1-4 GM: Richard

On the edge of the land known as Numeria, the Pathfinder Society has operated in secret under threat of death from the region's ruler, the cruel Black Sovereign. Venture-Captain Dagur Hawksight hopes that a meeting with the recently-sober monarch will allow the Pathfinder Society to operate openly and study the alien technology contained within Numeria's borders, but other forces have their own plans for the region. The PCs must ensure that the meeting between Dagur and the Black Sovereign goes off without a hitch, thwarting acts of treachery and sabotage.

PF2E Q10 The Broken Scales Tier 1-4 GM: Richard

It's often debated whether Venture-Captain Drandle Dreng is dangerously erratic or simply uncannily unpredictable, but wherever he appears, chaos is sure to follow. When Dreng calls for a group of Pathfinders to help him check on the Society's kobold allies, the Sewer Dragons, what should have been a simple rendevous turns into a chase through the sewers of Absalom to save the Society's scaley associates.

PF2E Q13 Falcons' Descent Tier 1-4 GM: Richard

On the border between Isger and Andoran, the Pathfinder Society is called to action! Venture-Captain Brackett's allies in the Eagle Knights of Andoran have requested aid with defeating a group of duergar slavers. Before these duergar can cause any more pain and suffering, Brackett hopes that the PCs and Lieutenant Evanno Pratt of the Eagle Knights' Steel Falcons division can mount a pincer attack that will defeat the villains without allowing them to escape into the Darklands with their victims.

PF2E 01-23The Star-Crossed Court Tier 3-6 GM: TBD

On an idyllic island of the western coast of Garund, the PCs arrive at the iruxi city of Ekkeshikaar. Seeking to establish new trade relations between the lizardfolk of Ekkeshikaar and the people of Vidrian, the Pathfinder Society must navigate a delicate political landscape while thwarting the efforts of nefarious forces who seek to stop the proposed alliance by any means necessary.
