CollectorMania March Game Schedule

Post by Russ Brown » Mon Mar 04, 2019 10:03 pm

Hello Pathfinders and Starfinders!
It is time share the March schedule for Organized Play games at CollectorMania. At this time we are accepting player signups. Thank you to all the folks who have volunteered to GM games this month. Without you there would be no games!

This month we are offering Pathfinder Society, Pathfinder Society CORE, and Starfinder Society games.

If you would like to Play one or more of the following games, please reply to the thread on RockyMountainPFS.com (see below). Please be specific about which games you would like to play.

Thanks,
Russ Brown

Saturday, March 9th
Table 1: Noon - 4:00 PM, Pathfinder Society #10-13 Fragments of Antiquity Tier 5-9
After creating her spectacular museum demiplane, the legendary sorcerer Hao Jin departed without a forwarding address. However, the Pathfinder Society has recently discovered her last known whereabouts on the Material Plane: a Tian Shu library that she later transported to her demiplane to spare it local dangers. Not only could this site shed light on Hao Jin's last accomplishments, but the building's vast contents are a snapshot of a continent's history. The sequestered library holds far more secrets than that, though, and it is now home to the proud Scalebreaker kobolds and a powerful spirit that they dare not anger.

Table 2: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Pathfinder Society #9-01 The Cost of Enlightenment the Tier 1-5
The Qadiran city of Qaharid is famous for its turquoise mines and fine pottery, yet it is also the center of worship for the monks of the White Feather. Most recently, the cult of Roidira has identified Qaharid as a pilgrimage city, and the once innocuous cultists have begun exhibiting truly strange behaviors. Society contacts recognize these actions as a sign that the Roidirans have uncovered some extraordinary secret in the wilderness nearby, and it fall to the PCs to speak with witnesses and track down the cult's discovery.

Tuesday, March 12th
Table 1: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Pathfinder Society CORE #9-08 Birthright Betrayed Tier 1-5
For all its rich history and heritage, Taldor has not always welcomed the Pathfinder Society's inquiring minds. This is especially true of a small museum in Ridonport, birthplace of the legendary General Arnisant, who confronted the dreaded Whispering Tyrant during the Shining Crusade. However, the Society's ally Lady Gloriana Morilla has secured a small group of Pathfinders a unique opportunity to study the museum's relics. All she needs in return is the Pathfinders' investigative skills to uncover the local earl's indiscretions—an earl who proudly identifies as Arnisant's direct descendant.
Contents in Birthright Betrayed also contribute directly to the ongoing storyline of the Sovereign Court faction.

Saturday, March 16th
Table 1: Noon - 4:00 PM, Starfinder Society #1-10 The Half-Alive Streets Tier 1-4
The PCs take part in an investigation after an Absalom Station pawnbroker tries to sell the Starfinder Society a lethal biotech augmentation. The search leads into the depths of the station's Freemarkets and into another investigation initiated by AbadarCorp. With rumors abound of mysterious disappearances near the Freemarkets and that those people using the augmentations are suffering from a mysterious illness, it falls to the PCs to piece together what's going on. Where is this never-before-seen biotech coming from, and what happens when the augmented dead don't stay dead?

Table 2: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Starfinder Society #1-07 The Solar Sortie Tier 1-4
When Historia-7, the leader of the Dataphiles faction, uncovers the first hints of a conspiracy operating against the Starfinder Society, the PCs must assist her in uncovering the truth. Sent to a corporate space station orbiting the Pact Worlds' sun, the PCs must earn favor with the hedonist son of a corporate CEO to gain access to the confidential files Historia-7 needs. However, the PCs are stuck in the middle when this corrupt dilettante's proclivities and shady associations emerge to thwart the Starfinders' covert infiltration.

Tuesday, March 19th
Table 1: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Starfinder Society Quest Into the Unknown (Replayable) Tier 1
When a mysterious visitor comes to Absalom Station selling items belonging to a lost Starfinder, the Starfinder Society takes note. The PCs are dispatched to discover out how the recent arrival found these items, leading them on a series of quests beyond the Pact Worlds and into the stars.
"Into the Unknown" includes five, 1-hour adventures that take the PCs from exploring Absalom Station, to partaking in starship combat, to exploring an alien world. The fifth adventure in the series provides a stunning conclusion that takes the PC's previous accomplishments into account for a climactic final showdown against an enemy starship.

Saturday, March 23rd
Table 1: Noon - 4:00 PM, Pathfinder Society #6-06 Hall of the Flesh Eaters Tier 1-5
Shrouded in thick fog, the shifting Gloomspires north of the Shackles have long frustrated explorers. However, a recent discovery by the Pathfinder Society has revealed a brief opportunity to navigate the columns safely and search for the lost treasure of the legendary pirate Sevenfingers. The only problem is that the Pathfinders are not the only visitors to the Gloomspires.

Table 2: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Pathfinder Society #10-12 Breath of Dragonskull Tier 1-5
What began as a straightforward mission to escort the displaced Farheaven Clan back to their original homeland in Sarkoris is quickly beset with misfortune. The forest where the Farheavens live is burning, and they need urgent aid. But the Farheavens aren't the only ones in danger, and tensions and blame between the locals have almost risen to open violence. Meanwhile, the inferno's source rages unchecked. Can the Pathfinder Society diffuse this volatile situation and restore peace and safety to the region?

Tuesday, March 26th
Table 1: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Pathfinder Society CORE # #5-13 Weapon in the Rift Tier 5-9
Dire need begets great innovation, and Ghalcor, a cleric of Iomedae, created a revolutionary new weapon to fight the demons that poured out of the Worldwound at the end of the First Mendevian Crusade. Unfortunately, the fiends overwhelmed Ghalcor and his assistants before they could arm and trigger the weapon, but complex fail-safes sealed off Ghalcor’s tower and kept the device from falling into abyssal hands. As the Fifth Mendevian Crusade rages on, Ghalcor’s secret weapon could be the factor that turns the tide, so the Pathfinder Society has agreed to find a way past the indiscriminate safeguards to secure the device for the crusaders—a task complicated by their pushing past enemy lines.
Content in “Weapon in the Rift” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Silver Crusade faction.

Russ-

Can you sign me up for the 2nd Saturday game on the 9th and both Saturday games on the 26th? Also, I told Jimmy if I saw this first I'd put him down for all the Saturday games, so can you sign him up for all the games (including the morning games on the 9th)? Thanks!

Since you said "both" I assume you want to sign up for only the Pathfinder games, but please be specific in the future.
Thanks. :)

Nathan you are good for the signup - We are going to look at replacing the clunky built in event sign up with something better in the future.
