ANNOUNCING! - CSprings - Petrie's Family Games - August Player Signups
Posted: Fri Jul 20, 2018 8:38 pm
Greetings Fellow Pathfinders/Starfinders,
I am Eric Parker, and I am now accepting player signups for sessions at Petrie's Family Games for August 11th and 25th 2018.
IMPORTANT: To sign up please email me directly at Mailto://Computerpro82@gmail.com <--Clicking this link will cause your email program or smart phone to generate an email directly to me. Simply hitting 'reply' to this email (the one generated by the announcement) will NOT get your email to anyone. Alternatively you may post a reply in the thread on RockyMountainPFS.com that was generated by this announcement.
Players at Petrie's are not required to pay to play, but a $2 per player per session (modules count as two sessions) contribution to store credit for the GM is recommended. This should not be considered a barrier to players who can't afford the contribution.
GMs also receive a $5 store credit for running a successful game. This will be given per session, and it is only given for a scheduled, publically accessible store event (no pick up games, no private sessions.)
If you want to sign up, just let me know by replying to this thread or emailing me at computerpro82@gmail.com. Anyone who wants to GM any future games can also contact me.
On the second and fourth Saturdays in August, I plan to run the Pathfinder Second Edition Playtest. The discussions on the Paizo message boards (http://paizo.com/community/blog/v5748dyo5lkxl?Pathfinder-Society-3-Organized-Playtest) have some recommendations for the Playtest, including making your own characters in the first scenario and leveling them up for some of the later scenarios. I will post additional links as I find them (or other people send them to me.)

Playtest materials are out on the web!!!
I have extracted the character creation rules from Doomsday Dawn, so those of you who don't want to even open the scenarios can still get the right character creation done. [glow=red,2,300]Players must use the backgrounds specified in this document not the ones in the playtest rulebook![/glow]

I also encourage everyone to post their character concepts (ancestry, background and class) for the others to look at prior to the game.
