Hail, Pathfinders and Starfinders!


No games on Sept. 3rd due to Conclave/B-Con

Feel free to sign up now for Starfinder. The Quests are a series of 5 short (45 mins) encounters for 1st level PCs. They're a good way to learn the basics of Starfinder. Pregens will be provided if you don't have a character created yet. You can also play a different pregen for each encounter!

I might add a second table of SF quests if there's enough interest or add a PFS Core game. Post your suggestions for a PFS Core game or sign up for Starfinder.

Next month we'll get back to our regular schedule of every first & third Sunday. We'll be starting the Season 4 storyline and continue S4 throughout the following months. With a sprinkle of Starfinder Society and CORE PFS as well.

Zach, bring pregens if possible. I'll be bringing a copy of each. I want to try out 2 or 3 different ones.

Has anyone created their own PC yet?
I'm leaning towards the Operative class. Bounty Hunter or Mercenary theme. A Rootin'-tootin'-pistol shootin' Space Ranger!

Already got them all printed! And I created one so far.

Sorry, William, the table is full. If we get another player and a GM then I'll split the tables. Also, the PFS # you gave me for Dalsine Affair last Sunday is not registering as Core. It is a Core PC, right? Your xxxxxx-2 pc?

Each player must use one of the 1st-level Starfinder Society pregenerated characters, which are available at paizo.com/StarfinderSociety/GMResources, or a 1st-level character of the player's own creation, using the rules set forth in the Starfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide

Oh, also, we should schedule this session for noon - 5pm to make sure there's enough time. They say 1 hour(ish) play time for each of the 5 parts of the quest series, and with the added time of learning a new character/rules, I think it's better to err on the side of caution.

I was thinking of doing the first two or three then finish the rest at another session. But, yeah, I will go ahead & schedule it for noon start time. Probably would be best to get 'em all done in one session.

Walt, a good idea is to browse the Starfinder forums on Paizo. I've discovered a lot of interesting things about rules & character creation among other things.
