How many players do you have. Is this game day still going off

Still happening! We have not had a lot of player sign ups but there has been a lot of interest at the game nights so I am expecting a lot of interest and a successful game day. I look forward to seeing you there.

Hey Everett, I sent you a PM but I don't know if it actually went through (forum message issue?), so I'll leave this here as well for visibility.

My foster kiddos have a rotating Saturday visit schedule with their Grandmother. I was available to GM on the initial date, but I am unavailable on the 4th.

I hope the first PM got through, so there's no issue with getting 4-11 The Disappeared covered (if needed).

My apologies, I haven't had a lot of activity with PFS recently due to their visit schedule.

We have GM's for all of our tables and will even have a Hackmaster table as well at the event. We are excited to welcome all players on Saturday starting at 10 AM. Our sessions will run from 10 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM until the 9-00 Assault on Absalom is over which I am guessing is between 7 PM and 8 PM based on normal special run times. I look forward to seeing all of you there to help support a great cause, The Rocky Mountain Children's Cancer Foundation.

Are you taking table signups or just show up?

If you sign up in advance of the event you are guaranteed a seat at the table. Showing up you might have to be open to playing whatever is available. Right now I do not have any full tables for player sign ups. Below is a list of available tables and players that have signed up. I know this might be a dumb statement, but you do see that one player is listed on here. Myself and two others are coming down to play and I've read more players in this thread. So my question really is, is there anyone playing ?

Do you have any idea of numbers of players? Six tables seems like a lot to have scheduled with no signups. I would like to participate but I'm unsure if I want to risk an hour drive and face mulling around for another hour waiting for people to show and/or reconfiguring tables. I'm not trying to be critical, kudos for running a fundraiser. I'm just looking at the realities of driving down from Denver.
