Genghis Con 2016 Status Report

Hello,
Thanks to everyone who participated in Pathfinder Society games this past weekend at Genghis Con. This includes players as well as GM Volunteers and the other VO's who helped me organize this event. I just wanted to share some details of what happened at the Con. We managed to schedule 31 games over 9 time slots (3-4 games per slot) for the weekend thanks to some of our fantastic GMs who volunteered to cover those games on short notice. Over the course of the weekend we mananged to actually run 22 of the 31 games that we had scheduled. That is a 71% fill rate. I feel that this is a great success given that the game schedule was only available on the con website for about 10 days prior to the con. Once again thank you, this would not have happened without the support of the local PFS community turning up to both run and play those games. If you were not able to make it to the con - I know many avid PFS members had already made plans for the weekend - I just want you to know we will have a presence at both Genghis Con next year and TactiCon in September. Also we will be organizing things well in advance so that you have plenty of time to make plans to attend the con in the future.
I want to say a special "Thank You" to OJ Pinckert, VL from Colorado Springs and Chris Mabbut, my new VL in Denver for all of their help preparing for this convention and organizing and GMing games this weekend. Also thanks to Chris for becoming the Printmaster General when my printer ran out of toner when I was trying to print all the paperwork for the con.
Thanks for reading.
