GalaxyFest 2015 Hotel Information

Greetings Pathfinders!!!

For those of you that would like some more information about GalaxyFest, here is the URL...

Some of you (especially if you are coming down from Denver) may be interested in spending the night.  (And if you are participating in one of the Sleep-Is-For-The-Weak games, it is highly encouraged!!!)  Here is the URL for the convention room rates.  By using this room rate, you can save over $70 (sometimes more) off of the normal room rate and the room rate includes parking and Wi-Fi.

As of the writing of this post, the link says that you need to make the reservation by January 25, but I have already been given assurances that the rate will be available longer than that.  According to the organizer of GalaxyFest, the rate will be extended into at least the first week of February if not longer.  In the event that the link is no longer available, simply "Call: 719-955-6202 (Leave message) Give the group code GALX15 or just ask for the GalaxyFest room rate." 

Please note that while the GalaxyFest room rate is being extended, we have not been able to pin down how long it has been extended for.  All that I have been told at this time is that it has been extended into the first week of February.  It could be extended longer, but I CANNOT guarantee anything because I have not been told anything definite, but as I find out more, I will post it here.
