New option during the holiday season to pay for games in Colorado Springs

Pathfinders,

We have decided to change things up a bit for the month of November in Colorado Springs.  As we are nearing the seasons for giving and being thankful for what we have, the Colorado Springs team has decided to add a second way to pay for games.  For all PFS games in November up to November 22nd, you now have the additional option of paying for your games with two canned goods instead of money which will then be donated to the Care and Share Food Bank.  This is only an additional option and by no means are you obligated to donate to play.  If you are feeling generous, extra donations will not be turned down.

Additionally there will be a mini con in December on a Saturday yet to be determined to support Food Harvest Bank for the Christmas holiday.  If you have not had much of a chance to get to play any modules yet, you will want to save the date once I release it.  It will be a great opportunity to have a good time and support a great cause for those in need.

If you have any questions please let me know.

GMs if you have any questions about this please feel free to contact me.

Removed original post.  Somehow posted as being locked and wouldn't let me modify it.

Absolutely love that we're doing this!  Thanks for taking the point on making this happen, and I look forward to hearing about (and participating in) the mini-con.
Are there any specific canned items that are needed more than others?

I want to personally thank all the players, GMs, Store Coordinators and Store Owners who participated in making this a big success.  Without you, this would not have been possible.

Our total donations to the Care and Share fund come out to 11 cans of food and $91!  That's amazing!  This community truly makes me feel proud.  Not only do you have the thanks of me and the rest of the Store Coordinators but know you have the thanks of all those you will help feed this Thanksgiving.

SAVE THE DATE! I will be hosting a Food Drive (mini-con) on Saturday, December 13th at Enchanted Realms to help the Care and Share foundation for the Christmas season.  I will post more details tomorrow on the event.
