Yes, level 1 is fine. You might want to bring a level 2 version of your character as after the first game, your character should level up to 2nd level.

Hey Russ can you please sign up Darrell for the play test at 10 AM. I think he will be the one that stays to play the four hour after that as I don’t think Roman can make it six hours

So does that mean you guys will only need one seat at noon? Are you still going to play or will you be taking Roman home at noon?

Hey russ, I just looked up Starfinder 2-02 for saturday the 17th, and it is a tier 3-6 not a 1-4. Do we want to hot swap that out for a tier 1-4 instead to make sure that everyone signed up can still play in tier? I can bring pregens, so its not a huge issue, and we can make it work either way.

Darrell and Nathan will be playing both, Romen will not be there

That is a good point. Robert said his character is Level 1 so I will figure out a good 1-4 to swap in. Hopefully there is one we have not run yet or I will do one of the repeatable ones.

Table 9: 10:00 AM Pathfinder Quest 1A: The Starstone Secret, Tier 1-4 GM: Steve S

This will be my first Pathfinder game in 3 years, and first game of Second Edition (I don't yet have my core book as of this writing).

I would appreciate it if someone could help me plan ahead for what I should know regarding the Second Edition PFS "factions" (or equivalent, if any).

I have no idea if characters I may have had in older PFS can count for anything, or if we're all starting with new characters and new tallies for online play.
