Haha! I wish that was possible. You all should be just fine with all the archtypes and items available these days. Back when I played it in 2013 it was a TPK.

Can we apply the part 1 chronicle before playing part 2? i think it results in me leveling to 11 if I do.

As a GM: TPK should never be the goal.....making the player's FEEL like TPK is imminent is the sweet spot.
As a Player: Kill the enemy, save the innocent, and solve all the puzzles - each with minimum resources expended. Loot anything of value. Then bask in glorious geek victory.

Yes, once you have completed any scenario you need to apply the chronicle sheet to your character before you play another scenario.

Yep. What Russ said. Also, remember you cannot go back to Absalom to replenish supplies since you are in the center of Round Mountain. However, you are allowed to purchase any items from the chronicle for part 1 since those are items you found during the adventure.
