Re: June's Call For Players at CollectorMania
You can add me to the June 24th game. Name is Mark.
I've not played in a while, and I'm really needing to play! Let me know if there is anything I need to know.

Hi Mark,
We have 2 games on the 24th, which would you like to play? Or would you like a seat at both?
How long has it been since you've played? You should probably check out this season's Roleplaying Guild Guide. It's a free download available here.
Let me know which game and if you have any other questions.
Paul

Thanks, Paul. I've actually never played Pathfinder, but I love D&D 3.5. To my knowledge, they are very compatible systems.
I wouldn't mind being seated at both games on the 24th. I have an itch.
I just printed my Pathfinder card, but I'm not sure what else constitutes me being an official player or what else I need to do- if anything. I'll assume I need to bring two level 1 characters.

Hey Mark,
Pathfinder does have some differences from 3.5. I've played both and really prefer Pathfinder.
For the 2 games on Saturday, the early game is 1-5 tier but the evening game is 5-9 tier. You can still play a pregen and apply the credit to your own character when he gets 5th level.
Things to bring: You should have paper and pencil, dice (I'll have spare dice if you need), you'll have to get the Core Pathfinder rulebook eventually but for your first couple of games it's cool. I'll have pregen characters if you want to check out different classes before you build your own or you can, of course, bring your own character. Don't forget it's a 20 point buy, the Roleplaying Guild Guide has more rules for building your character.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Saturday's early game is a go!
We have enough players but would love to get more.
Dan has graciously volunteered to run the evening game too, so we have a GM. Now we just need a couple more players!
Let me know if you're interested.

Still have spots open for Saturday afternoon. It is definitely a fun campaign, and I've run it before, so hopefully we have enough to run. Even if you don't have a level 5-9 character, I think between myself and Paul we can get you situated with pregens which will apply to your characters upon reaching level 5, so don't be afraid to sign up and play! See you guys Saturday!

Thanks, Paul. I think it would be easier if I just use pre-generated characters this first time. You can catch me up on how this all works in-person on Saturday.
