Hello Everyone!

I want to thank everyone for their patience as we put together our first event. It means a lot to the entire Rocky Mountain VO team to have your support and good feelings as we enter into this new endeavor.

Con on the Range registration is open! The event is at the Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch. It is located at Broadway and C470 in Highlands Ranch. Tickets are $28 for the weekend or $12 Friday and Saturday and $10 on Sunday. Games are $3 per slot. If you are GMing for the weekend, I have sent you your discount codes via email for your badges. If you haven't received it, please email me at rmpfsjw@gmail.com.

Guests can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 303-683-4100 and asking for the ENCHANTED GROUNDS, or they can visit denverhighlandsranch.stayhgi.com and make reservations using your group code GAMER.

The issue with the hotel discount has now been fixed. When you log in online we will have the $104 rate for the weekend. That is the cheapest refundable rate for the weekend. Be aware, there is a somewhat cheaper non refundable rate for the weekend that you are welcome to use if you are absolutely sure that you will be staying for the weekend.

Is the $104 hotel rate for Friday day & night then Saturday day & night to Sunday morning?

Should be $104 per day. Doesn't matter which. Check in Friday, check out Sunday, that's two days. So $208 for the weekend.

There will be a merchant on site, yes. There won't be a big giant room o' vendors, however. Just one or two of us. If you have special requests let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Pathfinders!

Thanks to those who have already signed up for next weekend! For those of you who haven't, what are you waiting for - there's no football

We would really like to see you all come out and have a great time!

You'll have a chance to not only play Pathfinder but Kobolds Ate My Baby, Savage Worlds, and 5E. Also, you can try Hero Clixs on Saturday morning and have the opportunity to play in Ross Watson's Accursed Special Adventure Saturday afternoon.

There will also be Pathfinder giveaways throughout the weekend! Come out and have some fun on a winter weekend!

Yes, after you register, you can sign up for specific games/slots for $3 each.

There aren't any details on the schedule on the registration site. Just "Slot 1 9am" or "Slot 2 2pm". No details are given like what games are being offered, etc...

When I registered and go to the site to via the agenda all the slots detail out each game for every table for every slot.

It is the same when I look. Just does not say how much space is available per game. I have faith, however, that it is set up in such a way that it won't oversell tickets for any given table. Not that I mind running two tables of Wounded Wisp simultaneously...
