Hail and well met, Pathfinders!

With the craziness of Halloween at The Wizard's Chest finished, we're back to our regular 1st & 3rd Sundays of each month. We're offering up a couple Season 2 scenarios, then we'll be moving on to Season 3 soon.

Seats are limited to 6 players, and are on a first come, first served basis, so sign up soon.
Games are $2 to play which goes towards a WC gift card for the GM for their time and resourses spent prepping the scenario.

When signing up, please leave your real first name & last initial if posting in the thread. This is very important!
If you do not leave a First name and Last Initial, you won't be guaranteed a seat.

Under each scenario description is a link to sign up at RPGChronicles. Please fill out your info there after posting for your games in this thread.

#2-17: Lost Maid of Anactoria (tier 3-6)
When the grim “local celebrity” of the small village of Anactoria goes missing, its townsfolk reach out to the Pathfinder Society for assistance. A group of heroes arrive just as a band from the rival Aspis Consortium have headed out into the nearby swamps. Is this a coincidence, or is there more going on in Anactoria than meets the eye? Of course, everything is subjective when you visit a town where its celebrity is a mummified bog corpse!

With a member of the Pathfinder Society’s leadership missing, the Society begins sending several groups of agents into the wilds for clues. To ensure the safety of the Pathfinders’ base camp in the distant lands of Iobaria, a group of heroes must uncover the truth behind what is happening around the ruins of a cyclops city, and begin putting a stop to a plan set in motion thousands of years ago!
(This scenario features the Hexploration subsystem from the Pathinder Gamemastery Guide.)

Hopefully we'll get at least 2 more players for Sunday's game. If we don't, I will cancel the game.

It's been rough getting players at The Wizard's Chest the past few months. If Sunday's game is cancelled, I'm going to put out a recruitment thread for a full-length (i.e. multiple session) adventure module to start in December. Fall of Plaguestone went really well. I wouldn't mind running another module with a select group of dedicated players.

We'll see how things go.

I am really curious about seeing how at least one full season goes from start to finish with a meta-plot. I kind of want to use a character that can go through a full PFS story arc.

The Wizard's Chest is the closest and best location, with Sundays being my best day to play games. I teach night school at college, so weekdays are out of the question for me. School also pays very poorly, so travel needs to be cheaper (Adjunct instructors don't get paid a minimal wage for Denver).

After reading several of your posts, I'm not sure you understand the concept of how meta-plot scenarios work in PFS versus stand alone adventures. In each Season (year) of Pathfinder Society, they release a few scenarios that deal with the meta plot out of abot 20 each season.

Take Season 2 for example. The metaplot was investigating the ancient ruins of a cyclopean society.
#'s 2-01, 2-03, 2-14, and the finalé arc 2-22, 23, & 24.
None of the others had anything to do with the metaplot.

If I, or others, run a module/adventure at WC, they have nothing to do with a season of PFS scenarios.

I may just be misunderstanding your questions.

After reading your post again, I think I understand where you're coming from.

It will be easier for me to explain in person.

Yeah. Really sucks. I'm looking into running either a module or short AP.

The Slithering, Malevolence, Crown of the Kobold King (which looks Awesome!), Quest for the Frozen Flame, to name a few.

There are also a few One-Shots that would take 2-3 sessions.

They're all PFS sanctioned.

Yes, I'm still interested in games. Just hard to get to them these days.
Doug mentioned the first Saturday of the month. Sat. is much better for me then Sundays. Don't know if there is any interest or not. Only Sat. game I know of is Collectormania, and they don't run 2E.

I was thinking about playing my fourth and first spell casting PF character a Kobold sorcerer. Don't know if that works in Kobold Crown or not
