Thanks for the posts, I am working on updating the sign ups above. The event is scheduled to last for 5 hours. We will have some introductions and a chance to meet Thomas from COSIloveYou prior to starting. I plan to start the muster at 10:30 and, if everything goes smoothly, I plan to finish in 5 hours which should have us done somewhere in the 2:30 to 3 PM range with some time after that to resolve some raffle items and make some final announcements about the amount of money we successfully raised for the charity.
