COSILoveYou Backpack Bash Special Charity Event - PLAYERS NEEDED!

Petrie's Family Games is hosting a special charity event July 9th, 2022 from 10 AM to 4 PM. The event is scheduled to last for 5 hours. We will have some introductions and a chance to meet Thomas from COSIloveYou prior to starting. I plan to start the muster at 10:30 and, if everything goes smoothly, I plan to finish in 5 hours which should have us done somewhere in the 2:30 to 3 PM range with some time after that to resolve some raffle items and make some final announcements about the amount of money we successfully raised for the charity.

I am suggesting a minimum donation of $15 to support the charity but please donate what you feel you can donate. There will also be opportunities to buy tickets towards a raffle of some merchandise and special items being donated as well as donating to get re-rolls and hero points before and during the game session.

Providing Access to all Things Back-to-School

The Backpack Bash is a citywide effort that seeks to provide access to all things back-to-school for thousands of families in need around El Paso County. This includes backpacks filled with essential school supplies, additional health services, and the opportunity to have fun as a family in a carnival style setting.

In 2021 they provided over 12000 backpacks to the less fortunate in Colorado Springs.

We are offering a special Pathfinder 2nd Edition special event and I am looking for GM's to help run the event.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-00: The King in Thorns (special multi-table event)

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–8 (Subtiers 1-2, 3-6, 7-8).

In the jungles of the Mwangi Expanse, a large group of Pathfinders stands ready to travel beyond a magical gateway whose mysteries stymied a group of the Pathfinder Society's founders. What lies beyond the doorway is also the crux of the plot of an ancient evil fey, the Thorned Monarch. Will the Pathfinders unlock lost fey magic, restore buried secrets from the Society's history, and purge the world of the Monarch's evil, or will they fall before the fey's minions and tricks?

I can run the 7-8 tier. Do we have to get all 6 tables off or is there a minimum?

Currently there is a 6 table requirement but I am hearing they might make an exception for a charity event to help it go off. At this point, I really want to get to 6 tables if at all possible. I do not think this has been run locally so hoping some folks up north might want to come down to play.
