I can play or GM this one. Also expect this one to run really long, it's over 40 pages according to the reviews which is more than some of the 8 hour modules.

Table 1 is a level 7-11 game and will have some pregenerated characters you can use if you don't have a character in that range. As its a Pathfinder Society game you can't just roll your own character at level 7, you have to start them at level 1 and build them according to the rules in the PFS Guide, found here:

If we get enough interest, table 2 will probably be a level 1-5 so some of our newer players can start characters.

Is three enough for the second table?

Yes minimum table size for PFS is three players with a GM run pregen to bring it up to four; the maximum table size is seven, though we usually will try and run two tables when we get that many.
