CSprings - Petrie's Family Games - GM & Player Signup 11/10/18

Greetings Fellow Pathfinders/Starfinders,

I am Eric Parker, and I am now accepting GM and player signups for the session at Petrie's Family Games for November 10th. I need a GM volunteer before I accept any Player signups for the PFS session.

I will be limiting the tables to 5 players, as the store will be very crowded that day due to a special event.

Simply hitting “reply” to this email (the one generated by the announcement) will NOT get your email to anyone. Alternatively you may post a reply in the thread on RockyMountainPFS.com that was generated by this announcement.

Players at Petrie's are not required to pay to play, but a $2 per player per session (modules count as two sessions) contribution to store credit for the GM is recommended. This should not be considered a barrier to players who can't afford the contribution.

GMs also receive a $5 store credit for running a successful game. This will be given per session, and it is only given for a scheduled, publically accessible store event (no pick up games, no private sessions.)

OK Folks, I just want to set out some timelines so that everyone is on the same page:

If I don't have a GM volunteer by 8 PM Wednesday, the PFS game scheduled at 10 AM will be cancelled. If someone want to volunteer but runa different scenario than I have proposed, I am open to that.

If I don't have any player interest in the 2 PM Starfinder scenario by 8 PM Thursday night, I will cancel that as well. If at least one person is signed up by Thursday evening, we might get the minimum of two more players (three total) by Saturday afternoon.
