GenCon 2014

Preregistration for GenCon '14 opened up on the 26th and the hotel reservations opened up today, the 28th.  I was able to get a room two blocks away from the convention.  If anyone else is planning on attending, i'm willing to split the cost the cost of the room with another person.  If you're interested send me a message and we can discus the details.

All hotels within walking distance are now sold out.

For those of you who have been to GenCon in the past, do you remember what the last timeslot on Sunday is?  I'm looking at purchasing my flight soon would prefer not to choose a time that would cause me to leave the Con early.

If I remember correctly, it was only a single slot on Sunday, 9am to 2pm Eastern Time. The others were 8am to 1pm, 1pm to 6pm, and 7pm to midnight Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Typically, people get together and drink themselves silly at Scotty's if they're not catching rides home that day.

Some even decide to play other games, either there or elsewhere.
