ANNOUNCING! - C. Springs - Petrie's Family Games - November 25th Player Signup

Greetings Fellow Pathfinders,

I am Eric Parker, and I am now accepting Player signups for sessions at Petrie's Family Games for November 25th, 2017.

On the fourth Saturdays in November, December, January, February, and March we will be running the module "Thornkeep" in five separate sessions.

The four sections of the "Thornkeep" module are
Part 1: The Accursed Halls, Tier 1-2
Part 2: The Forgotten Laboratory, Tier 2-4
Part 3: The Enigma Vaults, Tier 3-5
Part 4: The Dark Menagerie, Tier 5-7
Part 5: Sanctum of a Lost Age, Tier 6-8

As always, we are limited to six players at each table, first come, first served.

Players at Petrie's are not required to pay to play, but a $2 per player per session (modules count as two sessions) contribution to store credit for the GM is recommended. This should not be considered a barrier to players who can't afford the contribution.

GMs also receive a $5 store credit for running a successful game. This will be given per session, and it is only given for a scheduled, publically accessible store event (no pick up games, no private sessions.)

It's not cancelled at this time. I need three players for a legal table, and this particular module is a Tier 1-2, so it is always re-playable with a new Level 1 Character, and once with a level 2.

Just did some research regarding wands. Perefectly fine to have a wand with a target of "you". There was a problem with how I used that wand however. Summoner ability of Share Spell only lets you share "spells" cast with a target of you. Using a wand does not necessarily count as casting a spell. I thought that because Shield was on Summoners spell list it would count. The common consensus online is that it doesn't. So turns out we were all right and all incorrect, sort of. Anyway no big deal just thought I'd share what I learned. Thanks again for game I had a lot of fun.

Thanks for throwing some research into that. I also dug through the CRB when I got home and found it was just potions, not wands that were the issue with the "you" target, but hadn't even thought about the summoner aspect. Good catch on that!
Agreed, it was a fun table. Hope everyone can make it for next month's part two of it!
