I am going to GenCon this year, and am interested in volunteering to GM a few events... Do you have any info on who I need to contact?

From what I have been tracking, there will be a blog posted on the Paizo site, typically at the end of March, asking for volunteers. Emails requesting how many games you want to volunteer for will go directly to Mike Brock. This is what they did for PaizoCon this year as well.

Adam is spot on. Sometime in March they'll post it in the Paizo blog, so keep an eye there.
