Enchanted Realms PFS, July GM Call!

I am proud of our success at Enchanted Realms and so very grateful for the tremendous support we have from players and GMs alike.  There simply would not be any Pathfinder Society without everyone's support.  But with this tremendous success comes some growing pains, and even though I have scheduled 4 and 5 tables a night, we have too many volunteer GMs!  I know, I am as shocked as anyone!

Don't get me wrong, I am truly humbled by the outstanding support we enjoy in this community for the games I schedule, but I also need to make sure that I am helping to cultivate the next generation of GMs to help support the long term growth of the Pathfinder Society.  So, to support that goal, I am asking that any GM who has multiple games they are running this month (with the exception of multi-part events) consider stepping aside for one game to give others a chance to GM too.

I know, I am flabbergasted too.  I know that our GMs have their own goals they are working on (that next star, that last special, a special boon for a character, etc.) so I don't want to imply that Society needs trump your personal goals.  I also don't want anyone to suffer from that dreaded GM burn-out (I have been there and done that... not fun).  So please consider if you have multiple games this month and you'd like a little break, let me know and I am sure we have another junior GM in the wings just waiting for a chance to step up.

Going forward I'd be happy to just be a reserve GM for people that need to cancel, or to perpetually have a Tier 1-2 prepped and ready to GM as an overflow if needed.

Well I still want NEED! to run 6-98 at the end of the month, but if someone wants to get experience running a very different kind of scenario (VERY DIFFERENT) I can step aside and give Assault on the Wound to a GM looking for a horizon-broadening experience.  Randy: if this does come to pass, hop me over to play that brand new scenario 8-22.
