GalaxyFest III GM Call February 21st to 23rd

I have the Schedule set for GalaxyFest III and I am looking for GM's to help out.  This is the weekend after Ghengis which makes it a little difficult but I am offering a different array of offerings than what is being offered at Ghengis.  This is being held at the Antler's Hilton downtown.

I am offering the Eyes of the Ten Retirement Arc at this event.  You have to pre-register and be in contact with your GM prior to the game to participate.  In addition, you must be able to be there the entire time in order to sign up.  There are only 5 player slots for this event.  If you are interested in playing in this event, please contact me as soon as possible.

There will be swag at this event as it has been backed by Paizo.  I will make sure that GM's get to participate in said swag. 

If you GM 12 or more hours during the event you get in for free.

Will I need to purchase this, or will it be downloaded to my Paizo Account for free like the scenarios at Genghis Con?

Thanks for volunteering.  This is a really fun module.  Paizo will provide scenarios but they will not provide modules.  I can provide you with the maps and the module if you would like since I have run it in the past.

Here is an updated list of volunteers I have for GalaxyFest III that is coming up in about three weeks.  I still need some folks to help where they can.

I really need some help on Friday especially since I do not have any volunteers for the earlier games.  Let me know if you can help fill these slots.  It would be much appreciated.

I also got a box full of goodies yesterday from Paizo.  They sent me about $500 worth of Pathfinder books and flip maps that I will be handing out to folks at this event.

When can we expect Paizo to add the scenarios to our account?  We're at the point of needing them so we have time to prep them, especially for those of us who are also running games at GhengisCon.

Should no GMs sign up for any games on Friday (resulting in none of the games I wanted to play happening), I can be a standby GM to run games, but will need the scenarios.

Mask of the living god- i will run.  Does anyone have it already? or will i need to purchase it? and i hope some of the stores will have it available. Ill let you know if and when I'm free to run things on Saturday, don't know my work schedule yet.
