ANNOUNCING! - Highlands Ranch - Enchanted Grounds - Monday, September 14th PFS
Oh, yeahhh...There are supposed to be PFS games at Highlands Ranch this month, too, aren't there...
Sorry about that, folks. I was doing my best not to "spam" you with a ton of announcements (all from me), and was using the timing this month to that end. I promise there is still a full slate of PFS at Enchanted Grounds in Highlands Ranch; we're just handling it slightly differently this month in an effort to save your in-boxes.
This announcement serves as notice for GM call and player seating for the PFS games happening in the Highlands Ranch store next Monday, September 14th. You will find three games below. Just let me know what you would like to play and I'll sign you up. Remember, however, that without GMs the games will not happen, so do your part and step up to GM if you have it in you. Only with your help will people be entertained.
GMs take note: I will still give you priority seating for the remainder of the month; I will send you the schedule when I hear from you. I will still be tracking games run toward a 50% off week of purchases, and handing out $10 gift certificates to thank you for your work. Isn't that awesome?
Players and GMs, remember to email me at Jeff@EnchantedGrounds.com to claim your seats. Or post in the thread generated by this announcement. Remember to include your full name, please.
Don't forget games are $2 to play, and start at 6:00 PM. If you sign up and find you cannot make it or will be late please do us the courtesy of a phone call to let your table mates know.
Without further ado:
Monday, September 14th, 6:00 PM
Table 1: #7-01, Between the Lines (tier 1-5)
CANCELLED
Table 2: #7-03, The Bronze House Revival (tier 5-9)
GM: Kim McDonald
Player 1: Joe Piccone
Player 2: Patrick Anderson
Player 3: Kerney Williams
Player 4: Chris Wittenberg
Player 5: Matt McConnell

Table 3: #7-04, The Ironbound Schism (tier 7-11)
GM: Wes Robinson
Player 1: Judd
Player 2: Daniel Sheehan

Re: ANNOUNCING! - Highlands Ranch - Enchanted Grounds - Monday, September 14th PFS
I've been playing Pathfinder since it came out, but the Society biz is totally new to me. I'd love to fill a slot. Should I wait to see what other players are in before creating my character, for party cohesion, or just go for my favorite stuff and hope for the best?

Welcome to the Society.
There are a few things you should know:
Pathfinder Society is organized play. The idea behind organized play is that you will not need to concern yourself with getting a group together and finding a time they can all meet. Just sign up for a game, show up, and you will play. Do not worry about what "role" you fill in a party. Bring what you want to play, sit down, and play the game; the PFS developers have you covered if there is no cleric/rogue/wizard/fighter trope at the table. Promise.
This is a link to the open play document on Paizo's website: http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/v5748btpy84k4. If you download it and read through it, you will get all the information you need to set up a character (as well as get invested in Pathfinder Society storyline and world).
This is a link to the Campaign Setting book Paizo published for PFS: http://paizo.com/products/btpy8mfq?Path ... ield-Guide. We sell it in the store, too, so you can look through it and see what it's like before you buy it. Not that you have to buy it, by the way. It's just more 'goodies' for you to use setting up your character.
This is a link to the 'Additional Resources' page: http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/resources. Again, you do not *need* all the stuff on that page. It is just a list of everything that is legal/not legal in Pathfinder Society from everything Paizo has published, should you wish to really customize your character.
In order to download the Guide (the first link), you'll need a Paizo account. You can register for that here: https://secure.paizo.com/cgi-bin/WebObj ... NewAccount. Obviously, that is free, but if you need any help with anything, let me know.
There are going to be bunches of people playing, and you will have plenty of opportunity to play in as many as 2 games per week, if you look around. Design a few characters, have them all ready, and be willing to have fun. That's really all you need to do.
Let me know if I can sign you up.
Jeff

Please note that the above list of games reflects what was announced for the titles of the adventures.
IT DOES NOT reflect what was announced for the level range. The *correct* tier for #7-04 is tier 7-11. Please take note when signing up.

If I'm not doing beer sorting tomorrow I might jump in on a game since it looks like there will be an opening somewhere.

Yep, openings at each table, and all are legal, so wherever you would like to play.
