GM Call for Myths & Legends Con Aug. 14th to 16th ~ Denver

Hello Pathfinders,

I just found out about a con called Myths and Legends Con that is held in Denver in August. The con features modern "Myths & Legends" like; Harry Potter, Firefly, Dr. Who and Supernatural.  Here is a [url=http://"https://www.facebook.com/pages/Myths-and-Legends-Con/378889822184645"]link to the Con's Facebook Group[/url]. The con is being held at:  The Ramada Plaza North Hotel at 10 East 120th Avenue, Northglenn, CO 80233, just east of I-25 and 120th.

They also have some RPG games going on. Unfortunately the official deadline for registering games this year has already passed, but I talked to the RPG organizer for the con and there are a few open tables on Saturday August 15th that we can have for Pathfinder Society. I need two volunteer GMs to help me cover the 5 tables that we can use for Pathfinder Society. See the list of games below. The GM volunteers will get a free Saturday pass to the con.

I just want to go and establish a presence/relationship with the con organizers this year and then next year have a bigger game schedule.

Saturday August 15th
Morning Time Slot: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Table 1: #5-08 The Confirmation Tier 1-2
Table 2: The Silverhex Chronicles, 1st level pregens
Table 3 #5-21 The Merchant's Wake, Tier 1-5  GM: Dan

Afternoon Time Slot: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Table 1: #6-10 The Wounded Wisp Tier 1-2

Evening Time slot: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Table 1: #6-01 Trial By Machine Tier 1-5

Why only 2 GMs for 5 tables? Wouldn't you need 5 GMs? Anyway, I'm contemplating on volunteering. 90% uncertain at the moment.

Sorry for the slow reply. 

So when I said "GM Volunteers" I meant people. Two volunteers plus myself should be able to cover 5 tables. The only caveat is that since there are 3 available tables in the morning we need 3 GMs (including me) for the morning.

I'm curious as to how we sign up to play in these games?  I went to the con's website and see sign-ups for other games but not Pathfinder.

There is a warhorn set up to sign up for games. The Pathfinder Society Games are not on there yet since I haven't been able to confirm with the organizer yet. Still waiting for another GM volunteer.

It looks like it will just be me and you. I need an email to sent the people at the con to get you a saturday badge. Is the one you use for the forum the one I should send them?
