Summer Con on the Range (June 19-21) IMPORTANT GM list Updated 6/9

Hello Pathfinders


I know that many of you are inquiring about our event coming up in two weeks.  Due to several circumstances beyond our control - including the opening of a new and second Enchanted Grounds, issues with the Hilton Garden Inn and issues with my health - we are going to have to pare down and change the location of our second Con on the Range which is scheduled for Friday June 19th through Sunday June 21st.


What does that mean for the group?  Well, not too much.  We are cutting the number of tables down but still plan to run a variety of games that weekend.  We are still planning on helping our charity Tethered by Letters and they will be there throughout the weekend for writing critiques and reviews.  Our location has changed from the Hilton Garden Inn to the brand spanking new and shiny second Enchanted Grounds located at 3615 West Bowles Avenue, Unit 6 in Littleton, CO.  The phone number is (303) 795-0772. 


Finally we know that this has been a difficult time and communication has been lax due to the issues above.  For that reason we are making the following offers for the weekend. For those of you who have already registered, you will get a partial refund for the weekend.  Also, everyone who participates for the weekend will receive a food and drink voucher to spend at the store during the event. Finally, we will also have surprises throughout the weekend as a way to thank you for your support.


For those of you who have volunteered to GM, please check the schedule and let me know if you are still interested if your game is still scheduled.  I will send out scenarios tomorrow.  You can email me with your requests at rmpfsjw@gmail.com

Please forgive me if I've missed it but what days are the new con?  I see games scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday but what dates?

Also, are you starting over soliciting for GMs?  I've already volunteered for Mist of Mwangi once do I have to do it again?

Apparently there is some confusion about the new location. The Facebook listing for the event still lists the Hilton Garden as the location. Can whoever admins that even please stop by the event page and change it?
