Hey Jeff, I drove by EG2 yesterday and it didn't look ready to open. Was I looking at the wrong place or is here a new opening date?

Heh. Totally forgot I put a date in this. I'll revise it.

Inspections happen Thursday and Friday. We will likely open on the 12th, assuming all inspections go as planned.

We had a scheduling FUBAR between the city and the construction guys, so our final inspection isn't scheduled until Monday. Assuming no further issues we will open on Monday afternoon. We'll put up a post everywhere we can saying we're up and running. The original post reflects this.
