Charity Event being held at Enchanted Realms

As much as I would love to help, I cannot get the day off on Friday the 3rd of November to run any events. Frankly I am hoping that the 3rd was a type-o and the event is on the 4th instead, then I would totally volunteer!

I would so love to run the special but I work Saturday evenings. I can see if I can change shifts with somebody though.

Also, Nov 4th would be my day to run PFS at Gamer's Haven, should I cancel this day to help promote the charity event?

UPDATE: We are holding a charity event at Enchanted Realms on Saturday, November 4th. This will be an all-day event starting at 10 AM and ending when our special event concludes. We are going back in Pathfinder Society time to season 4. We are offering scenarios ranging from tier 1-5 to tier 7-11. These will all be scenarios from the latter part of season 4. We will finish the evening with the special that was presented this year at Gen Con, 9-00 Assault on Absalom.
