Northern Colorado Con on the Run - Memorial Day Weekend (May 28-30, 2016)

Hello, Pathfinders!

We are excited to announce Northern Colorado Con on the Run scheduled this Memorial Day Weekend.  Con on the Run is a retail convention hosted at two of our local game stores supporting our regularly scheduled events.

Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29 @ The Rogue's Roost (229 East 10th St, Loveland, CO 80537)

Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day) @ Gryphon Games & Comics (1119 W Drake Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80526)

Some of the featured events throughout the weekend include:

• Pathfinder Society Special: Year of the Shadow Lodge
• Ruins of Bonekeep, Level One
• Season 7 three-part series Faithless and Forgotten run in its entirety on Memorial Day
• Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild: Season of the Runelords
• First Steps, Part 1 and The Disappeared, in order to introduce players to the nation of Cheliax and NPCs featured in Faithless and Forgotten.

GMs: Northern Colorado GMs have had the weekend to sign up and we still need some more GMs.  All GMs will receive a race boon.  If you have played Year of the Shadow Lodge and/or Ruins of Bonekeep, Level One, please let me know and I will mark you as priority for the event.

Players: It is preferred that you RSVP at Meetup.com/FoCoRPG, but you may also contact Todd Reidenbach, VL-Northern Colorado, by e-mail (NoCoPFS@gmail.com).  Your spot will not be guaranteed if you do not RSVP by either method.  We also need to know if the schedule needs to adjust based upon who is signed up.  There are a couple events that I have already marked for Core mode, but everything else will be determined by RSVPs. If you e-mail me the events you would like to sign up for, please also indicate a preference for Core or Standard PFS.

Paizo will randomly distributed player boons and you will have a chance to win one at each event you play or GM.

Additionally, all players new to Pathfinder Society who attend three or more RPG events over the convention will have a chance to win one of five sets of Humble Bundle PDF copies of the Core Rulebook, Digital Beginner Box, GameMastery Guide, Advanced Class Guide, and others.  These entry-level books will give you basic tools you need to get started playing Pathfinder, so please bring any friends who are not yet playing!

Cost: There is no convention entry fee, but there will be a cost per session played.  All events, except the Year of the Shadow Lodge, will cost $2.  GMs will receive store credit per event they run.  The Year of the Shadow Lodge Special will cost $5.  Portions of that cost will provide store credit for Table GMs and the Overseer GM and the remainder will support The Rogue's Roost for hosting the event.
