8-10 is a tier 1-5. Thus why I didn’t select it. I was picking 7-11 because that is what everyone wanted to play. I understand why Brian finds this difficult. That would have been nice to know. I based everything of the database, I think Brian uses that as well. If it isn't being updated then why have it to help?
